    The grouting pipe is a kind of new-type grouting pipe made of polypropylene with one-time injection molding.
    Conventional methods for grouting include two types, which are grouting through use of screen pipe and grouting through use of unidirectional valve. Both two grouting methods are suitable for permeation grouting, while the splitting grouting can only be possible by use of one-way valve. When the soil permeability coefficient is less than 10-4cm/s, the use of screen pipe for grouting is not satisfactory, it is suggested to use splitting grouting with the use of one-way valve to meet the requirement. According to our experiences, for reinforcement and followed grouting reinforcement for soil with certain depth below the ground surface, splitting grouting method proofs better performance with easier construction and better results, particularly the splitting grouting is capable of repeated grouting for one hole at fixed point and quantity at the deep part of the soil structure, which is beyond the reach of compact grouting using regular screen pipe.
